How To Claim

1. To claim the roundtrip ticket, winners must email back a scanned copy of the Information Sheet (that will be sent to them by the GTI Corporation representative).
2. Information Sheet must be accomplished with the following details:
1. Name as shown on the passport
2. Complete Mailing Address with Zip Code
3. Email Address
4. Contact Number
5. Originating Airport
6. Departure date
7. Return date
8. Preferred flight
9. Signature of Winner
10. Photo/scanned copy of the first page of the passport
3. Scanned copy of the completed Information Sheet must be emailed to raymond.castillo@gtitel.com and brian.bejerano@gtitel.com on or before 30 days from receipt of email notification.
4. The roundtrip ticket will be booked upon receipt of the accomplished Information Sheet. Printed copy will be sent via registered mail. Soft copy of the ticket will also be sent via email.
5. Changes on the flight details will no longer be entertained upon receipt of the accomplished Information Sheet.

Terms & Conditions

1. All flights will be via Philippine Airlines on Economy Class, departing from the specified airports. Request for change of airport is subject to approval of Philippine Airlines
2. Flying period is within one year from receipt of email notification. Flights are subject to airline availability.
3. Winner will shoulder U.S domestic flight to specified airport if residing in another state or province.
4. Winner will shoulder Philippine domestic flight from Manila if headed for another destination.
5. Travel ticket does not include applicable taxes and other fees (approximately $200).
6. Travel ticket is non-transferable.
7. Travel ticket is non-convertible to cash.
8. Travel Ticket is non-reroutable and non-endorsable.
9. Travel ticket is non-upgradable to higher class of service.
10. Travel ticket is not for sale.
11. Extension of period of travel on travel ticket is not allowed.
12. Travel ticket is not valid for mileage accrual.
13. Employees of Globe Telecom, GTI Corporation, GTI Partners, GTI Distributors, resellers, and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
